Bouquet: Complex, seductive nose of blackberries, spices and tobacco coming from an extraordinary 2004 vintage of Tempranillo well blended with quality French oak.

Mouth: Silky, meaty, a classic Reserva at its best. Elegant, complex flavours and a good structure. Very food-friendly. It will gain in complexity with time, though now it offers a fruity mounthful.

Very flexible to combine with tasty dishes as casseroles, steak meat or great cheeses.
